Our Running Workshop Series, 2026, is created for runners of all experience levels who want to train smarter, stay injury-free, and feel fully supported in the lead-up to their goals. Across two themed blocks, you'll learn from physiotherapists, nutritionists and guest speakers - plus enjoy a range of freebies and extras throughout the programme.
Each block consists of three-in-person sessions, and you're welcome to join one block for £60, or both blocks for £100. Places are limited to 12 runners, and once the spaces are filled, bookings will automatically close.
Session Format
Every workshop morning includes:
Arrival: 8AM
Start: 8:30AM
50-minute lecture
20-minute Q&A
Block 1 - Be Ready to Run
Saturdays: 3rd, 10th, 17th January 2026
A foundation-building block to help you run safely and effectively, with a strong focus on recovery and establishing good habits.
Week 1 - Preparation to Run + Recovery Advice
Physiotherapy-based guidance on how to prepare your body for running, reduce injury risk, and recover well between sessions.
Week 2 - Nutrition & Sleep
How to fuel your training and optimise rest to support performance, energy levels, and long-term progress.
Week 3 - Supporting Your Programme
A practical look at strength & conditioning, yoga, Pilates, and body awareness to compliment your running programme.
Block 2 - Be Ready to Race
Sundays: 8th, 22nd, 29th March 2026
A performance-focused block for runners preparing to take on races, improve timings, and manage training load in the final weeks.
Week 1 - Managing Soreness & Training Load
Physiotherapy and sports massage-based strategies to minimise soreness, support recovery, and maintain training consistency.
Week 2 - Race Week Nutrition
How to plan your nutrition as race week approaches - hydration, carb-loading, fuelling strategies, and more.
Week 3 - Supportive Training in Race Build-Up
Tapering, maintenance work, and simple strength & conditioning approaches to help you arrive ready, rested, and confident.
